Can a Revolutionary Method Reverse Audience Decline and Support Individuals (Including Those with Disabilities) Through Their Innate Musicality?

“When individuals engage in the composition of sophisticated music, they cultivate a more profound understanding of the art, which in turn encourages a deeper, more refined appreciation of cultivated music.”

— Guido Mallardi

We partner with concert societies, associations, cultural organisations, and composers to shape the future of music education and compositional practice.

We have developed an organic system that, beginning with the application of Full Compositional Coaching (for non-musicians, amateurs, and students) and progressing through taste development, produces measurable results.

Our mission is to revitalise the music industry by establishing a sustainable business model for composers and advancing Full Compositional Coaching (FCC) as a standard practice, integrating it within forward-thinking primary schools and clinical settings.

This creates a virtuous cycle: increased concert attendance across our partner regions, meaningful employment for composers, enhanced quality of life for individuals with disabilities, and a thriving ecosystem for musical development.

He highlights the program’s far-reaching implications, such as its potential to educate classical concert audiences and increase student retention for music educators.

How our collaboration works with:

WE are developing a comprehensive video training course for composers to provide them with the expertise required to deliver FCC sessions. Composers will be preselected by your organisation initially, then undergo final selection by Brainarm to become Full Compositional Coaches. They will cultivate the next generation of concertgoers in primary and secondary schools, as well as other educational contexts, through Full Compositional Coaching.

Composers will also have the opportunity to work in clinical and rehabilitation settings, supporting patients in developing self-esteem, self-confidence, and neuroplasticity.

YOUR concert society, entity, league, cultural association, organisation, or foundation must apply for available government grants or obtain funding from other public or private sources to:

  • Provide economic support for preselected composers to deliver coaching sessions in the aforementioned contexts
  • Support the development of the Full Compositional Coaching (FCC) initiative by engaging business development professionals, marketing specialists, legal experts, and other consultants to advance the programme and establish employment opportunities for composers
  • Expand the reach of this cultural movement (we will provide comprehensive guidelines and recommendations to achieve this objective)

WE provide the expertise to your organisation, offering consulting and assistance in developing a sustainable business model built on robust foundations, whilst training composers through our exclusive course.

WE are also open to evaluating mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities.

IF YOU are an Artistic Director who is not a composer (whether professional, amateur, or studying), you may request access to view a video demonstration of the FCC praxis. The video features a young man with a severe disability alongside other participants—all without any formal music education background—composing immediately through the method.

By viewing the video (in which the method is partially revealed), you gain a unique opportunity to observe the technique in practice, verify that it delivers on its promises, and therefore evaluate its substantial implications.

Request access by sending an email to us: info [at] brainarm [dot] com.

Signing a non-disclosure agreement will be necessary before obtaining access to the video.

Thereafter, if the organisation you represent is interested, we will enter into a formal agreement.
